Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Joining the Program

Apply on our Earn page to get your code and become a Sanavia affiliate partner.

Prospective affiliates may apply for admission to the Program through the application form on our Earn page. All applications are subject to review and approval by Sanavia Water. Upon approval, you will be provided with a unique discount code, a trackable referral link, and access to a private dashboard to monitor referral activity, orders, and commission earnings. Participation is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Your relationship with Sanavia Water is that of an independent contractor, and these Terms do not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

2. Commission Structure

How your affiliate code earns you commission.

Your commission rate will be established upon your acceptance into the Program and communicated in your approval email and affiliate dashboard. Commission is earned on qualifying net sales generated through your unique referral link or discount code, calculated on the product subtotal after any discounts have been applied and exclusive of taxes and shipping fees. Commission is not paid on any order that is refunded or returned. No commission is payable on orders that are cancelled, orders you place for your own use, or any order that Sanavia Water, in its reasonable judgment, deems to be fraudulent.

3. Payment Schedule & Tax Information

Commission is paid 60 days after each order, once the return window has closed, on a monthly schedule.

Commission on a qualifying order vests and becomes payable sixty (60) days after the date of that order, once the customer’s 60-day return window has closed. Because commission is only paid after that window, commission on an order that is returned is never paid out. Vested commission is paid monthly by PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, and each payment covers all commission that has vested since the previous payment.

Before your first payment, affiliates residing in the United States must provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and affiliates residing outside the United States must provide a completed IRS Form W-8BEN. You are solely responsible for all taxes on commission you earn. Sanavia Water will issue a Form 1099 to any U.S. affiliate who meets the annual threshold that requires one.

4. Promotional Guidelines & Restrictions

Keep it honest and in bounds when you promote Sanavia Water.

In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions (for example, “#ad” or “I may earn a commission on sales through this link”). All promotional claims must be truthful and consistent with the information on the official Sanavia Water website. You may not make unsubstantiated health claims, misrepresent product certifications, or fabricate test results or reviews. The following are prohibited:

• posting your code on coupon or deal-aggregation websites;
• bidding on “Sanavia” or related brand keywords in pay-per-click search advertising;
• sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam);
• impersonating Sanavia Water, or using our branding in a way that implies an official relationship; and
• using your affiliate code on your own purchases.

5. Agreement Term & Modifications

How either side can end the agreement, and how changes are handled.

Either party may end this Agreement at any time with thirty (30) days’ written notice by email, except that Sanavia Water may end it immediately if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, Sanavia Water will pay any vested, unpaid commission earned under these Terms. If Sanavia Water ends the Agreement because of your material breach, any unpaid commission connected with that breach is forfeited. Sanavia Water may modify the Program and these Terms from time to time with reasonable notice. We will notify you of material changes by email, and your continued participation after that notice constitutes acceptance of the changes. Changes apply going forward and do not affect commission already earned.

6. General Provisions

Legal notices, and how to reach us.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute shall be brought in the appropriate court in Arlington County, Virginia. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Each party shall pay its own attorney’s fees and costs arising from any dispute.
